Bunker Oil AS shall be a reliable supplier that is outstanding in service and a partner and problem solver for our customers. We shall manage an efficient, service-oriented and competent organization through continuous development and necessary restructuring.
To ensure that we fulfill our responsibility and our obligations to our customers, employees, partners, suppliers and owners, we have committed to the following:
- Facilitate and encourage all employees to engage in improvement work
- Meet requirements from customers, applicable legislation and ISO 9001:2015 requirements
- Continuous improvements through specific and evaluable goals in quality work
- Have customer focus in all processes and improvement work
- Facilitate further development of employees through training and competence development
- Have systematic follow-up of suppliers

Environmental Policy
We are aware of our environmental impact and make conscious choices so that our activities have the least possible impact on the external environment. We shall drive continuous improvement within environmental measures such as waste sorting, environmental saving measures and return schemes.
To ensure that we fulfill our responsibility and our obligations to our customers, employees, partners, suppliers and owners, we have committed to the following:
- Follow the requirements and obligations imposed on us through environmental legislation, the Eco-Lighthouse Foundation and ISO 14001:2015 requirements.
- Reduce mixed waste by facilitating and training in good waste sorting at our facilities.
- Reduce travel by encouraging the use of virtual meeting rooms where possible.
- Make environmentally conscious choices when purchasing products. Where there are environmentally friendly products that are good alternatives, these should be preferred.
- Have a continuous focus on preventing emissions that can harm the external environment.
Our overall environmental goal: Reduce our footprint through targeted improvement in our significant environmental aspects - waste sorting and residual waste reduction, mapping and reducing our climate emissions in our daily operations.

HSE Policy
Our operations are based on safe operations with a zero vision for damage to human life and health, the external and internal environment, and material assets. All undesirable incidents shall be avoided by carrying out our activities in a responsible and organized manner.
To ensure that we fulfill our responsibilities and obligations to our customers, employees, partners, suppliers and owners, we have committed to the following:
- Risk-based thinking throughout the organisation.
- Root cause analyses of incidents and sharing of experiences throughout the organisation.
- Provision of a good working environment that is health-promoting and meaningful.
- Encouragement and facilitation so that all employees can engage in improvement work.
- Continuous improvements through specific and evaluable goals
- Facilitate further development of employees through training and skills development
