Mobilgrease ™ FM 101 and FM 222 are high-performance multifunctional products specially designed for lubricating machines in food production. Mobilgrease FM 101 and FM 222 are formulated with components that meet the requirements of CFR 178.3570, Chapter 21, and are NSF registered as H1 classified lubricants. Mobilgrease FM 101 and FM 222 are produced at systems that are certified in accordance with Art. to ISO 22000 and which also meet the requirements of ISO21469 to ensure that the highest levels of product integrity are maintained.

Production equipment in the food industry is often used in very different environments, which includes extremes in temperatures from ovens to freezer operations, as well as a lot of pollution from water, steam and cleaning products. Mobile Grease FM 101 and FM 222 were developed as multifunctional greases to provide excellent lubrication in all these environments. Mobilgrease FM 101 and FM 222 are designed with excellent water resistance to withstand the regular flushing and cleaning operations that are so common in the food industry. Rust protection is a critical need for the industry. Mobilgrease FM 101 and FM 222 are formulated with an excellent rust protection package which, together with the water resistance properties, provides protection against rust. The selected base oils, together with excellent shear stability in the thickener, retain lubricity under a wide range of speeds, loads and temperatures. Mobilgrease FM 101 and FM 222 are also formulated to handle different types of loads, with good protection against wear and shock loads.
