Mobilcut is the trademark for high-performance cutting fluids in Mobil's range of industrial lubricants. The Mobilcut products have a leading composition of base oils, additives and emulsifiers and are chlorine-free. The products provide reliable performance in a variety of metalworking processes. The products are designed to work in multiple hard and soft water grades, providing low foaming potential and long-term corrosion protection for machines and components. Mobilcut products require low maintenance, are naturally stable and designed for the modern machine shop where long life, excellent machine performance as well as health and environmental considerations are important factors for increased productivity. These products are delivered in concentrated form and must be mixed with water at the point of use. All Mobilcut products are free of formaldehyde-based release agents (FAD). Mobilcut 100-New is a conventional, milky emulsifiable oil which blends easily with different water grades and forms stable emulsions. The product has good pH stability and is particularly well suited for hard water. The versatility of the oil makes it suitable for general machining of machine steels and copper alloys in light to moderate machining processes, such as. milling, turning, sawing, drilling, drilling and clearing.
